  • Navigational Tools – You need to have items that you can use to navigate around the area. It will be easy to navigate if you have a tour guide with you but if in case you are going hiking on your own, it is best to have a compass or a map with you to ensure that you will not get lost. There are some tracks that can be pretty tricky. It can be a bit complicated to try out.
  • Sun Protection – If you want to make sure that you will not have problems with your skin after you go hiking, you need to be aptly protected with the use of sunscreen. You should not protect only your skin. You need to protect your hair too because they may become too dry when exposed to the sun’s rays too much.   • Extra Food – You may need food in order to give you that boost of energy you need before you can reach the summit. It will make a lot of difference that way.
